Should we be out of stock temporarily, you will notified via e-mail. The item ordered will be placed on back order and you will be advised as to when the item is back in stock. All orders are subject to applicable taxes. All orders are confirmed via email

In Ontario, we are required to charge GST and PST.

Shipments in Canada, outside the province of Ontario are charged GST only.

International & USA orders: State tax in not included and it is the sole responsibility of customers outside Canada to remit the applicable taxes to the appropriate revenue agency in their state or jurisdiction.

Shipping Policy

Credit Card, Money Order, and Bank Draft purchases will be shipped immediately if the item is in stock.
Personal Check purchases require a 7 day waiting period so that the check will clear the bank.

There are different timelines for shipping some of our inventory. Shipping arrangements and charges will be based on your particular need, and shipping availability and will be confirmed via E-mail.

All shipments are fully insured and securely packaged. All shipping charges and insurance are met by the purchaser.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please be sure to contact us within 10 days of receipt.

For all returns, advance notice is required by us, in order to provide an authorization number and further instruction. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance on all returns. We will not be responsible for a return that is lost or damaged in shipment. Please be sure to insure the package for the full price paid for the item. We are not responsible for lost items.

The return of your purchase must be in identical condition will all contents, and in the original packaging. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or full credit of the amount toward future purchases. Refunds for items lost during transit will be issued as soon as the insurance claim has been paid.

Payments are only accepted by Paypal, with verified and confirmed member's and addresses.  Additional shipping charges are determined based on country location, and not as shown with the Shopping cart and therefore must be agreed to by each party prior to acceptance and finalization of purchase and sale.
