Heidi Plusczok,
the award-winning doll artist, creates small limited
edition handmade collectible porcelain and vinyl dolls.
She has been molding
collectible porcelain and vinyl dolls since 1989.
Children are her specialty. It is her biggest urge to
capture the natural expression, the gestures, and mimic
the art of children. Her strength is to reproduce the
feelings and moods of the moment and to highlight the
characteristics of different nationalities. She captures
the innocence and appeal of small children and gives them
accessories which underline the expression of the doll
In her workshop the dolls
are hand-painted by herself as well, she supervises all of
the manufacturing - from wig styles to dressing and
accessories. She only uses the finest material
for the dresses which are embroidered by hand.
The dolls have real hair
wigs, crystal glass eyes and real eyelashes. These dolls
incorporate a wire frame, allowing her arms and legs to be
flexible. The integrated breast plate ensures the head is
in a natural posture.
Heidi Plusczok's dolls have
a certificate and bear the production number and signature
of the artist.
